• We connect users with shippers and brokers who provide car shipping services.
• Once a user and a shipper agree on terms, they enter into a direct agreement, and CarShiply has no further involvement.
• Our services are available exclusively in the United States.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be 18 years or older to use our platform.
• Users are not required to create an account to access our services.
• Customers may be required to fulfill specific obligations (e.g., preparing their vehicle for transport) as directed by the shipper or broker. CarShiply is not responsible for these obligations.

4. Pricing and Payments

• CarShiply facilitates the connection between users and shippers; we do not set prices or participate in negotiations.
• Shippers and users negotiate prices directly. CarShiply is not responsible for any payment disputes.
• We accept payments via Stripe, Zelle, PayPal, and other supported methods.
• CarShiply does not charge any additional fees to users.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

• CarShiply is not liable for any damages, delays, or issues arising from car shipping services provided by shippers or brokers.
• Shippers and brokers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, handling claims, and providing insurance coverage.
• While we verify shippers' information to the best of our ability, CarShiply does not guarantee the quality or reliability of their services.
• We will assist users in resolving disputes but do not assume any responsibility or liability for the outcomes.

6. Cancellations

• Users can cancel services by contacting the shipper or broker directly. CarShiply is not involved in the cancellation process and bears no responsibility for refunds or disputes related to cancellations.

7. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property on the CarShiply platform, including text, images, tools, and design, is owned by UPLOCAL MARKETING LTD.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
• Any disputes regarding car shipping services must be resolved directly between users and shippers.
